We ship within Germany with DHL/DEUTSCHE POST.

The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days.

Shipping personalized entry lights with your own logo may take a few business days longer.

Shipping within Germany is for free.

If your order contains multiple products with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment (unless otherwise agreed). The applicable delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Shipping costs outside Germany, within EU
For shipping to other European countries, the costs are calculated during the order process. The calculation is done after you enter your location.

I ordered my personalized entry lights on Friday and on Monday they were sent out directly. Unfortunately there was a little problem with the colors, whereupon I contacted customer service. It was answered immediately and taken care of it and new lights were promised to me. I am now eagerly awaiting this, because the "wrong" I have received are just great!
